Tastes great, my hair growth has been phenomenal and my skin is so soft. They have a good flavor and are easy to chew. They are very easy to *.
Cons
Seaweed and carrageenan can be inflammatory and are said to be avoided. It's like eating a raw oyster, which is disgusting.

Easy to swallow and the taste is not bad.
Love them, good product, good alternative if your allergic to glycerin
Vitamin e, a deficiency makes allergies worse.
My only complaint is you need to take 3 every day so a bottle only lasts 20 days.

They taste good, my immune system is thank the lord working as it should, and i would recommend them although a bit pricey.
They r gud but r a little expensive
