Pros

D3 w k2 combo best have both, synergy. The price is great for the quantity i purchased. All you need is d3 and the carrier k2.

Cons

Stopped taking it and sent it back. Got allergic reaction. They have a weird unpleasant taste. Just got mine and the seal was broken.
