Pros

This brand of d3 + k2 works. K2 helps body absorb d3 when taken together. Powder capsules are best way to consume for ultimate absorbency.

Product was delivered promptly and in excellent condition. The flavor and texture are great. I never skip or forget my vitamins when they are gummies like i do with pills.

Cons

Just do your research and watch your symptoms with mk 7 (& mk 4). The formula continues to change. They’ve changed the ingredients again and added chick pea extract. This is irresponsible marketing, even though it’s listed.
