Packaging/appearance
So happy i spent the extra money on the vitamix.
Spent a ton of time researching blenders and ended up deciding on the a2300.
Competitiveness
I am sure you could put any other brand of blender into a vitamix, & liquify it!
Ive been wanting a vitamix for years.

From day one the start button hasnt been working as it should i have to press it a number of times to start the machine

Customer service has been really good so far and the blender is going in for repairs but it is still disappointing after spending a lot of money to get a good blender i have to be without for a couple weeks
