My wife's vitamix was like 14 years old and finally was having issues.

I got the 64oz container because our old blender was only 32 oz and it just didn't provide nearly enough shake for a family of 5.

Competitiveness

I have been hesitant for so long on making a vitamix purchase and i regret taking this long.
