Pros
The ascent series is brand new with nfc tech built into the containers and base. Yes it is a little pricey but well worth the price. It's expensive, though.
Life changer. Smoothie in 50 seconds. Great for making smoothies, frozen desserts, salad dressings.
Removable silicone motor drip pad is nice for cleaning after spills. The silicone motor pad is great for cleaning spills.
This blender is amazing! Love it. Highly recommend. An excellent product.
It's a bit loud when running at full speed, but that's the trade-off for generating so much power. Absolutely no comparison, this thing is a beast.
Cons
Bad experience. As reported in other reviews, the error e3 2. Be aware.

I'm now able to make applesauce with raw apples, with the skin and the inside, you cut them in 8 and zooooom.

I'd recommend buying from vitamix directly and you get free shipping and there is a promotion on right now.

However, now that i’ve learned about how to properly use a vitamix, i wouldn’t trade the preset programs.

And i hate vitamix for offering a plastic bowl since you have to pay to get a stainless steel bowl which is much smaller and really useless with a large family like mine

Also in my research i found out that vitamix is working on further attachments technology and that new developments will be compatible with this model from here on out
