Has removable smaller cap for use of the tamper or for adding of ingredients.

Cons

The v1200 personal smoothie blender is not worth the price. It locks up whenever the ingredients you’re blending aren’t 75% liquid. The blender canister is old and with only one blade, that is difficult to detach.

It always bogs down. My dad messed around with it to see if he could get it working. Thankfully able to return it and get my money back.

The plastic is flimsy, the dial & switches are hard plastic with a cheap feel. Out of nowhere became overheated in less than 30 seconds, sending fumes, almost flaming up.
