The power of this blender is shocking. It has a big footprint - about 8x10 and can be loud.

Auto detect function malfunctions within 10 times of use. Customer service is sub par and takes forever to respond. Huge loss for me and big disappointment.
This is not a cheap blender and the seller could have spend a few dollars on the shipping box. Disappointed with the quality and durability of this mixer. Get a smaller, easier-to-use personal mixer.

The ninja was good for basic smoothies but i ended up pushing it past it’s limits when i started using it to make nut butters and oat milks
