To my disappointment, while using my vitamix on sept. I want to send it back but amazon says that it is past the return date. A waste of time & resources, having to return. Returning it today. Very disappointed in this new model.

I bought this as my 2nd vitamix (i have the starting explorian model e310) and i can see that it way better than my 1st one.

It is so much better than regular household blenders, it isn't even a contest.

People who are not acquainted with the vitamix will think it's a bit pricy when compared to most blenders.
