Pros
The warranty seems super solid. Looks brand new to me. I am happy i got this version because i don't like when things are too digital.
Easy to use. The controls are not fancy but certainly do the job. You only need to dial up the setting as high as you need. Nice simple controls and loads of power.
E310 is smaller container but powerful. Kind of bs to charge 150$ more for a larger container. Smaller container is good as it fits under kitchen cabinets better, easier to clean, and is better for doing small smoothie portions.
Main thing is quietness. And it's not ear piercingly loud. The vibration goes away once the ice crushes down a bit.
It does the job without all the gimmicky bells and whistles of the higher-priced models. If you use it properly, it works like a freaking charm.
Cons
Blender itself is ok, might return it. If there is a single piece of food that is firmer than ripe fruit the blades just stop moving. The only way to make the blades move when there is even a minimal resistance is by pressing the plastic pestle on top... Read More

Competitiveness
I've had cuisinart, ninja, and osterizer over the years and hands down, this is the best.
I have owned several blenders of diferente brands so far but none can compare with this machine (the vitamix).
I've used many blenders on the market, but nothing compares to my vitamix.
I’ve owned several nutribullets and ninjas and the vitamix is soooo… much better.

I put a pound of kale frozen fruit and flaxseeds with water every morning and drink it throughout the day

Never put stems such as parsley in without chopping them first or theyll wrap around under the blades and stop it from working

The vitamix is a plastic mixer bowl and the blades are permanently mounted to it

Both the containers can go in a dishwasher though with the vitamix we have just rinsed or washed using a bit of dish soap in the mixer and running at high speed for about a minute and then rinsing
