Pros & Cons
Pros
It's a vitamix, so it commands a high price. Bit pricey but it definitely gets used. Only bad comment is the first container ordered, leaked really bad.
The quick cleanup is key, only takes 10 seconds to clean. A cleaning brush with long handle is helpful for the times you can't just blend with soap and water.
It's so nice to be able to use the tamper when things aren't blending properly. Love my vita mix. My only frustration is that it has a smaller base that does not fit snuggly on the vitamix unit.
I make a very large kale smoothie every morning and this container is the perfect size. This one solves the problem and i have perfect smoothies every time with no waste. Cups are nice after the smoothie is blended.

Easy to clean with 3m scrub dots wand to prevent film build up.
Lid does not leak even on high with hot sudsy water.
8 months passed, and my teenager suddenly discovered protein smoothie bowls.
Price
I'm very pleased, and it was a good price.
I know it sounds a bit ridiculous to spend $100+ on a blender attachment after you've already bought an expensive vitamix.
The former is remedied with another $17 purchase and the latter is just something i need to get over apparently.
Bit pricey but it definitely gets used.
Packaging/appearance
Smaller container perfect for smoothies and vegan sauces.
It certainly would be nice if the tamper came with the container, as it can be very important to a complete and proper blend.
My vitamix came with the large/low profile container.
Competitiveness
I use it more often than the 64oz container.
I use it to make pesto and other sauces that killed my less expensive blenders.
