Quality
The only reasons i gave 4 stars is due to the loud noise and having to churn the ingredients twice.
I know it's a great product and quality is tops.
It always takes two churns to get the best product.
It still worked great but the pulse button had fallen off and the container was not looking like it did before.
Competitiveness
I also own a ninja and this vitamix blender has far better performance than my ninja blender.
It’s on the quieter side compared to others blenders.
