Pros

This blender is like a racing engine and will chop up real quick so you have to use the pulsar. The blender works great.

It has no problem with frozen fruit, carrots, no leaves of spinach left over in my greenish smoothies. Works just as well with one smoothie or 8.

This is one item that is not overrated by any means. Not only is this item a time saver, it is incredibly flexible and useful. I use this a lot, but maybe the best example is when i make gazpacho.

Cons

The blender is not made of glass - it's plastic. I seriously think that they sell refurbished products on amazon. Save your money and buy a ninja professional with the three blades.

Vitamix professional series 750 blender is the complete oodles of power but a never ending nightmare to keep clean. The blender doesn't fit securely on the base and wobbles badly with use.

The pitcher is cheap plastic, not the smoother/sturdier acrylic feeling pitcher of my ninja. The lid is also flimsy with rubberized plastic tabs that will likely get stressed and break over time as they are the only thing holding the lid on. The pitch... Read More

If it can't make a smoothie, what is it good for? All the fancy blending options are redundant in my opinion. People don't want to learn tricks how to blend ingredients and not get the device overheated.
