I am very happy with the quality and price of this brand.
Tastes great, seems to be very good quality.

Also, it really is a good value for the price.
Packaging/appearance
I like the weight of the packaging and feel that it will be adequate to store the product without having to put it into another container.
Had a malfunction with the packaging, but aside from that, the product itself seems to be great so far.
I do think that the packaging could be improved because when sealing the bag little powdery dust gets on the counter.
Competitiveness
I have tried other cocao products and they are very bitter but this one is not.

I tried making chocolate milk but i probably didnt follow proportions and it came out really bitter and didnt dissolve well
