Pros

The cacao is bitter and earthy at first but smooth and rich as you chew. The resalable seal helps keep the cracked beans extremely fresh and crunchy. Excellent for smoothies. Great in a carrot smoothie.

These nibs are amazing! There are other vendors who's nibs taste as good as these do.

Cons

Viva naturals cacao nibs smell musty and taste like plastic. The quality of the nibs are far inferior to the first bag.

I love the quality and richness of the flavor.

It's the best quality i ever had.

They are crunchy and will not melt even in the oven, so they will give your cookies a unique texture.

First thing i made with it was mixing it 50/50 with chocolate jimmies and rolling the edges of home made ice cream sandwiches.
