Pros
Glass bottles are durable and easy to fill. Roller ball inserts fit easily and snugly into the bottles. Roll better and dispense a more generous amount of essential oil blends.
Fittings are snug and nothing leaks. They don't leak & they have a stainless roller ball.
Cons
The rollerball is so tight that it doesn't move and can't dispense any oil. The lid did not fit correctly. The product has bubbles in the glass. Not noticeable when filled with oils, but poor presentation when not full.
Some of the balls have little plastic ridges on them so they won't fit. Rollers are too tight. Functionality just is not there when compared to other rollers. This product is lame because it doesn't work and it can't be returned.

If the oil isnt flowing to your satisfaction simply press down on the ball to create more space between the ball and the housing allowing the oil to flow better
