Pros
Never had an issue with them even after moving halfway across the us from ca to co. I never have to worry if these will break during shipping. I love that these have the metal rollerballs rather than the plastic.
Arrived fast and with care. They are glass was everyone was in tact. Easy to fill and assemble.
Cons
Not all of the roller balls seat properly, so if they are tipped over, the oil runs out from around a loose dollar ball. The oils pour out of the rollers and leak everywhere.

I haven't used them yet so i can't say the quality of the roller or any leakage but the first impression is perfect and can't wait to use!
Their products always arrive well packaged, unbroken & are high quality.
You need a tool to help with that otherwise good quality.
