Rubber bulb only holds about 0. It's not useable if you can't even draw up 1 ml of liquid. Other eye droppers with the same size glass tube that are calibrated have the 1 ml mark about 2/3 the way up the glass tube.

Only issue is the dropper top is too small and can only suck in so much regardless of how long the dropper is
