It has all the same benefits as caffeine, it makes you pee, makes you poop in the morning, make you feel alert.
I love caffeine but can’t drink it:(i love vivarin because i can just swallow a pill and get the caffeine without the indigestion.

These are a little more expensive on amazon than in store, but still a good value.

You dont have to spend time and staining your teehth sipping hot coffee just pop a pill and youre good to go
