The ankle weight itself is well made and easy to put on as it does not require laced straps like many of the other ankle weights.

These are really nice, and you can take weight out of each of the pockets so that you can build up to the maximum on each leg.

Overall good and satisfactory, but i found it a bit difficult to take out and put back in the bags when adjusting the weight.

The sand bags are a bit hard to place in the pouches if your adjusting the weight.
