This is due to the fact that the power supply takes up the same area so will not fit a regularly sized 120mm fan

I mean if you really wanted a budget case that had some idea of cable management why are you looking at a 38 case when theres the cm haf 912 though that would cost you another 20 in amazon at the time of this writing

If there is a case in the 38 price range where the case gives decent room to hide cables and make everything look neat let me know

Its basically a tightfit but it works and nothing dangerous to the components imo like the power cables being bent too hard to fit

I wouldnt recommend it for those looking for a budget case for a server that will hold multiple hard drives
