Pros

Big enough to hold office supplies and a notebook. Sturdy and doesn't show dirt. The shelf hangs a bit lower that i think it should and the gap become fairly large.

Smooth rollers makes everyday function easy and smooth. Sturdy and easy to install. Very nice, smooth operation and well built.

Cons

The screws loosen overtime and fall off for the sliding mount. It is so flimsy i could just bump into it and the whole sliding mount would come off. They indicate free returns, but one needs to jump thru questioner hoops to receive refund.

With the extended mounting brackets, it clears the metal tubing under the desk for a perfect fit.

Enough space for the basic items, including full letter-size ones.

At the edge of this product is sharp i hurt/ cut myself many times so be careful with the edge.

Packaging/appearance

Works great, love the extra depth and openness of tray as i can fit all kinds of office essentials including large rolls of packaging tape.

My unit (i believe is due to the lack of protection on the manufacturing package) came broken out of the box.
