Pros

Very nice sturdy standup electric desk riser. Solidly put together and stable in low and high positions. Transition between sitting and standing is seamless.

The unit raises and lowers very smoothly with no complaints at all. This automatic one is great - the placement of the switch is great. The electric is great to just push a button.

That's easily fixed by just adding an extra support underneath the keyboard.

Size is perfect for my twin 27 curved monitors. Plenty of room for my laptop, an additional monitor and some other items.

There is no sway, it is built solid as a rock. Using the electric motor allows me to raise and lower with any jerky movements. Power motor sounds frail, but it’s very smooth so far.

Cons

The fabric of the chair feels like burlap. This company uses outrageous return fees to extort customers into keeping bad items. I have to refund it but they charge me money for refund as it their mistake.

There is no sway, it is built solid as a rock ( and weighs a ton ).

So glad i chose this one—good blue for the $!

This guy was a great price, works flawlessly, and was simple to put together.

But the price difference at the time was minimal, so i gave it a shot.

For the price, the desk is very nice, but only if you are 5'6" or taller.

Shipping

Replacement came quick, customer service reps were efficient and thorough.

It arrived when i was out of town for the day and subsequently got rained on while at my front door.

I do reccomend others think about cords for monitors, i did not and had to wait for a new order of cables to arrive before using the riser.

Packaging/appearance

Thankfully the riser was wrapped in a bag so no water got into there.

However, the packaging for delivery was terrible.

The box was almost completely open and thankfully, all parts were present.
