If you had your own top, i would definitely recommend this base, as the top quality is the only detractor for me.
Worst is the control doesn't recover when you touch it.
The error messages stopped about a week after having the table—it goes up and down normally now.

- use the smallest screws out of both boxes shipped to attach the control panel.
Packaging/appearance
Two of the three plastic grommets for the wire holes were broken when i received it.
My last issue is that there’s a dent in my desktop that was there upon opening the packaging.

The base, motor and controller seem to be as good as the expensive ones at work.

The first several times you lower the table from its maximum height you may get the error messages if you do just continue holding the down arrow—instructions are in the manual

You will have two seams in the desk top on either side of the center of the desk pretty much right where a mouse would go
