The product is good but not amazing for the price but not a bad deal, and the wire holders are hard to undo after installation
Vivo has been a really trust worthy name in the past so i opted to pay a little extra for this gas wall mount arm.

Came with large bolt screws, but i wouldn't recommend using drywall anchors and just find a stud.

This arm is a quality item, better than most of the other expensive wall mount arms.

Installation was relatively easy as long as you apply a bit of curiosity to go with the instruction manual

Its very narrow and the screw that holds it to the body of the arm goes right thru the middle of the wire way making it narrower

You need to adjust the tension with the allen key several times once the monitor is hung to get the friction just right to hold it up properly
