Pros

White with bamboo desk. Plenty of room for keyboard, mouse, mouse-pad and a small wrist pad. One thing that would be nice to have is an adjustable tray for a keyboard.

It really pops up! Would recommend for sure. Will update in about a year. Very pleased so far.

Cons

Sell someone a piece of junk and make them pay more to get a refund is a bad business practice.

It's a fair product but mine doesn't go down all the way (see pic) it can be pushed down but doesn't stay there. It also tends to drift up on its own. This flaw essentially makes the desk unusable when sitting for me.

Quality

Was easy to put together and its super sturdy.

The desk is very durable so moving/adjusting it is no issue.

The desk rises by just pressing down on the lever and descends by holding down the lever and slightly pushing downwards.

The shocks raise it up with a squeeze of the lever and it drops when required with another squeeze of the lever.

Price

Everything worked great, the unit was very affordable.

It was relatively inexpensive and pretty easy to assemble.

A great price for a tool i don't think i can do without now that i've enjoyed using it for a while.

Shipping

If it's going to ship early we should be told.

We had an issue due to the shipment - out of everybody's control.

Packaging/appearance

My only concern with this product is i had no idea how heavy it was until the package came and was shocked at the box was 28 lbs.

Competitiveness

Very happy with this product and less expensive than a previous brand i had purchased in the past.

And since i was working with a cheapie 71 inch long ikea desk, the weight was important.
