Pros
Installed this mount for a public terminal in the lobby at a local probate court. Works great, but did have to use different screws. We have our second monitor mounted on it (the main monitor is a tv mounted to wall above).
Cons
Keyboard tray is inadequate in size. It is too flimsy to use while typing. There is a reason why this product costs 1/10 as much as similar systems from reputable vendors.
Can't hardly rest your hands on keyboard mount without it slouching downward. Constantly have to tighten any pivot point if you move it a couple times.

The monitor arm is what i bought this for so the bad keyboard tray is not an issue for me but im in need of a replacement of the plastic sleeve at the connection of the arm to the wall its become contorted and im in need of some sort of replacement

The allen key to tighten adjustment doesn’t tighten up enough for my imac computer it just flops over i am greatly disappointed and out the expense plus cost for imac adapter made by same company so it’s supposed to work yet im quite sure manufacturing didn’t test it first before marketing

One tip though is the arms have an upward angle to mount the monitor and keyboard

So consider this in when choosing the height of the wall rail or you might find it mounted higher than expected
