This reinforcement plate from vivo is a piece of junk. While the plate itself has non-slip padding for itself, it mount itself with its 4 small paddings would slip on the plate. The non-slip pad does not come attached to the top plate.

I read a ton of reviews and was nervous to purchase a c-clamp mount as my desk top (ikea idÅsen sit/stand desk) is not solid wood.

This doesn't fix that issue if the table is too small, it will only help if the table is fragile.
