It was cheap though, and i got a roll of velcro at the store for just a couple of dollars that fixed the issue.

The item was still showing as shipped, but nothing saying it had been received and no link to leave a review.
Initially i didn't receive this and the post office said they were sending it back to the seller.
About 5 minutes after delivery i had secured it to the arm of my office chair.
