Pros

It swivels easily but does not lock, but that's okay with me because i swivel it a lot. The adjustability is a bit finicky. Otherwise good stand, very happy.

The base is heavy and no observed wobble. Looks great and it's sturdy. I like the stand because it's strong and adjustable.

Highly recommended. It's the best one you'll find here on amazon. No issues. Very happy with this purchase.

Cons

Lb stand is useless. Design flaw makes it difficult to adjust height.

The vivo mount mount is well build and appears to be quite sturdy.

Worse, the pan and tilt require tools to adjust, and you really have to crank it down with a heavier monitor or it will sag forward.

Otherwise perfect monitor stand for the price!

Note that to mount a tv to a computer monitor stand, you will need to also purchase an inexpensive vesa adapter plate.
