If it was in the 40-45 dollar range i’d say it’s a no-brainer. Ps ignore the cords lol! Glad vivo offers this nice little hack for standing desks.
The desk is 90% better, but i didn't think it was going to be 100% wobble free. Repurposed this to stiffen up lateral sway in our futon. If your table or desk wobbles, i highly recommend this.

Universal clamp is adjustable to fit any type of desk/stand. Adjustable to fit flexi desk with 3 segment telescoping legs. If you want extra turning force on the hand fasteners, the tops have a hole to take the allen key for extra tightening.
Cons
This vivo one works for a few months but way past the warranty. The little rubber pads start to slip off and now my standing desk makes a grinding sound when it goes up and down. Most likely have to just replace my entire desk now.

It works, and reduced monitor wobble on my standing desk noticeably on carpet, while also using plastic carpet anchors.
It is a heavy, strong steel bar with clamps on each side.
If the water is bouncing up and down like a close-up video of a speaker, you have vertical vibrations, which this will not fix.
Price
Yes, it may seem a bit pricey, but i forgot about the price after it removed 80%-90% of the desk wobble!
I set this up like an hour ago and it's worth every penny.
It's overpriced for what it is, but there isn't any other universal product like this on the market, so not much can be done.
Maybe the price is a little too much; however, it does the job exactly as advertised.

Update still happy with it but for my flexi desk with 3 segment telescoping legs it still wobbles with this brace on lower section of middle section

And plus the brade gets in the way of your legs in sit down desk position but we cant get around that

What i might do is get a 2nd or even 3rd brace to make the side by side rocking cut down to near 0
