Pros
I used it for my 55 samsung, i have a niche (square inset in my wall, so when fold in, the tv sits right against my wall. Up to 24”.
Easy to install, but mounting the tv will take two people. There are a lot of parts that come with the unit that allow it to adapt to a variety of tv sizes.
When you adjust the counterweight tension oreectly, it’s so smooth and easy to move the tv. The articulation works very good and there adjustment is efficient. Need to adjust level once in awhile but not a big deal.
Cons
The moth that is pressed and perfectly preserved is the main cause for an instant return. This is a serious flaw. Do not buy this product.

The supplied hardware is sufficient to get the job done and the mount itself seems very well made.
Instructions are pictures only, the entire unit is in one piece with no assembly.

Price
Good value for the price, but if you are fussy, spend more and get a more precise unit.

What i like most is that is extends farther than most other brands.
I had the stanley tlx-350fm and could not find it for the same price to reorder a second.

The screws tend to bend if you pull too hard on the tv to adjust the height

If you use a leveller and set up the base properly everything else is very easy

I needed a tv mount for my rv that would allow the 43” tv to store up and out of the way when not is use but would drop down lower when i wanted to watch tv this mounts can do this
