Pros

It holds 2 big monitors nicely and adjusts so she can stand. Holds 2 monitors and my laptop easily. The keyboard area is a little tight.

One additional recommendation. They are hands down one of the most caring customer service departments i have had the pleasure of dealing with. Very timely responses.

This item is quite heavy as boxed. It is very sturdy; raises and lowers easily with side handles. Desktop is somewhat heavy when rising, and it’s easier when lowering.

Cons

The assembly is slightly longer than required thus creating imbalance when places on a surface. The assembly instructions aren’t clear, especially if the system is jammed and you have to adjust “nuts” around a cable. Not ergonomic at all.

Vivo has a 60 day window (expired 2 days ago) and said we recommend trying to sell the desk locally. No compassion. Never have, never will. Not as advertised.

It's preset- and though they have knobs on it that make it look adjustable, it's decoration only. In the lowest position, the riser lifts my monitor 6 off the desk.
