Pros

Easy to assemble with phillips head screwdriver. Monitors are easily mounted and secured with the thumb screw.

Comes with lots of different screw types for vesa mounts with different screw diameters and lengths. Just one thing the diagram show 11 for the base diagonal, but it's more 12 in diagonal and 11 from the back to the front.

The base and pole are extremely tough, like they're made of steel or something. Sturdy materials. Very sturdy and easy to assemble.

Cons

Do yourself a favour. Find a company that isn't going to waste your time like mine has been wasted.

Also one of the base screws doesn't screw in because the thread wasn't milled properly.
