Due to the poor reviews on the stability of keyboard tray i purchased a separate height adjustable table top stand 22x24 for my keyboard the cables despite the guides provided look like a mess but its worth it to get out of my chairim just shy of 6 and to adjust the monitors to be comfortable while sitting means its just slightly too low when standing but the monitor arms are very versatile and i tilt them up slightly while standing and havent noticed any discomfort
