Pros

Desk is quiet, smooth and easy to use. The lift action is smooth and quiet. It moves up and down very smoothly and quickly.

Customer service is top notch. The look and operation of the desk are superb.

The desktop has pre-drilled holes that line up with the base.

The desk is easy to assemble (you will need a phillips screwdrive) comes in two boxes, leg/frame in one box and top in another. Don't get disappointed when just the tabletop arrives, it comes in two separate packages.

Cons

Inner crossbar has no holes for screws. No brackets to hold 3 pieces together. There is no way to use desktop as panels are not secured at all.

The motor raises it at a glacial pace, and the cable has to be attached to the controller at the front of the desk. Very unstable and wobbly. Not great for standing.

I'm 5'9", and the wobble is minimal even with a large monitory, speakers, mic, etc.

This desk is awesome for the price.

I was a bit weary at first because it was significantly cheaper than my work desk (by about $400) but this desk exceeded my expectations.

For the price this is good deal.

I feel the cost of this is incredibly fair.

Shipping

After purchasing this desk the top arrived sooner than expected, like the next day.

Product arrived as two separate packages, with one coming in a day before the other.

They sent out a new top quickly and importantly didn't require me to ship the old damaged top back.

On delivery experience, i wish they shipped the 2 boxes at a same timing.
