Rather awkward trying to line up the screws with the holes that way.

It was pretty easy to assemble and the price is more than right.
Otherwise great and easy and the price is right.
Shipping
Nothing was damaged in shipping, and the desk looks great.
Shipping came in 2 separate boxes on separate days.
Packaging/appearance
Packaging was nicely done, no issues with contents being damaged.
I'll remove the stripped screws eventually and just toss the metal cable channels into the recycling.
