The desk raises/lowers at a steady speed without jerking or stalling.

For proper typing ergonomics, the desk is at a good hight if you're on the taller side. It adjusts so we could both use standing.

Their customer service is impeccable. I didn't have to jump through hoops to explain anything. I wish all companies were like this!

Cons

The adjustable height desk is not sturdy at all. It's flimsy for something i thought having a thick metal frame would at least lessen. One of the * appears to be sunken in.

Still waiting on my refund. The seller was contacted and never replied. Don’t buy from this seller.
