This unit operates extremely smoothly and quietly. The materials are metal and solid. It's a little slow and a bit noisy, but worth it.

Worked well for a 43” on a swivel to make a great 270 view under our covered patio. Ir's very secure this way.

It takes about a minute to fully extend or retract. There were only two settings as far as mounting the tv, but our particular tv has a very high top before the screws. It takes a little to extend and retract but it’s ok as i have a large tv mounted.

The tv mount was all packaged very nicely with a clear set of instructions on how to install it. Installation takes a little knowledge specially making the recessed pocket. This is a nice bracket, easy to install and it's exactly what i wanted.

Tried unplugging and plugging in again. Replaced batteries- no luck. I get it maybe try one or two function and then let's get on with replacing the unit.

Vivo motorized tv needs a manual reset on the belt. It needs to be rethreaded, followed by reinstallation of the mount and tv.

As they say, caveat emptor -- buyer beware.

Only way to get the television out of the way was to completely take the mount down (which had been wired through drywall and was a real pain) no easy way to order a replacement remote. Had to modify it. Now need the contractor back again.
