Pros & Cons
Pros
The only downside i have seen so far is that it gets scratched pretty easy. Customer service is top notch. The one issue i have is the keypad will not change height units or go into lock mode.
The desktop has pre-drilled holes that line up with the base. The desk is easy to assemble (you will need a phillips screwdrive) and it works as advertised with 4 preset heights. Put it together in about 30 minutes, working solo.
Cons
Vivo shipped out missed parts next working day. Video on website is also outdated. Instructions seem like they're for a different product. No instruction booklet.
Even after a very methodical assembly, this desk continues to wobble when typing. I have 2 monitors, a keyboard, and a mouse on the desk and it’s still going down. The monitors shake while i type.
The seams between the three pieces of the table top do not lock together seamlessly. Even if all the parts had been in place i doubt it could be assembled without obvious seams in the top. The work surface is so low quality ikea's cheap surface seems ... Read More
Highlights
Quality
Very sturdy for heavy typers, monitors do not move/jiggle.
Perfect adjustable desk, heavy and strong metal legs.
The front face of the top was hit and after full assembly realized it was actually semi-cracked halfway through.
After having it for several months it already sounds like it's straining to stand the desk and i imagine with time it'll completely fail.
Price
It’s absolutely incredible and for a good price.
I have a more expensive sit stand that i paid $800 for and this performs almost as good.
Overall for the price i'd give it a 10/10.
Yes there could be improvements but that would also add to the price!
Shipping
There was a hiccup with delivery and the company was on top of their communications and resolved the issue right away.
Packaging/appearance
The desk came in (3) boxes, and it was really easy to put together.
It does come in two boxes so it’s not too heavy to move by yourself.
Box it came in was very damaged but the desk was not.
Desk top box was damaged when we received it but decided to proceed with assembly.
