It is sturdy and glides easy. Made well and has minimal flex/wiggliness. Feels very sturdy.

    I’ve been in this business for 20 years this mount is terrible people don’t realize that buying a no name mount is dangerous to kids people don’t realize how much weight is actually on the wall when the tvs pulled all the way out this mount is bending not safe and very wobbly
