Pros

This arm has a lot of flexibility in positioning! It has two different mounting options. This allows a much greater latitude in placement.

Easy to assemble (with a caveat i'll get to) they ship with the hex wrenches you'll need, which is great. My only complaint is with the instructions for assembling this unit.

All i can say is wow. Enjoying it so far. It works well.

Cons

Getting the arms on the pole and then cinching is painful. If you don’t cinch tight enough, then the monitor moves down. Clamp holes are too small.
