Easy to assemble just follow the directions , about 15 minutes - definitely sturdy to hold your tv as well in our experience.
Very sturdy, easy to assemble, quality construction.
With the gap, the screws are not long enough, which makes this stand unusable for my monitor.
Without this pre-owned piece (and a trip to home depot for screws), our tv would not attach.

Update:i contacted vivo directly and their customer support shipped me the screws i needed to get the plate mounted on my monitor for free.
Sent back as was ordered by mistake but delivery was fast.

You have to partially disassemble the stand to adjust the height and it takes some time and you need the tools

The kit came with m4x16 screws but i needed m4x25 screws

The tv mount is not universal and we had to use a wall bracket we owned to mount to the unit in order to secure it
