Pros

The tv rotates smoothly and the angle of the face can be adjusted easily. For anyone who is having an issue with the mount staying at 90 degrees, the instructions include how to adjust the swivel.

The mounting screws provided are large wood screws. With the supplied long screws it's grunt work getting the unit to mount to the ceiling - that's the grunt, easy part actually. Just installed it in my metris.

The mount itself feels solid, is completely adjustable if you can find all the adjustment places. It is solid and the tv doesn't sag. Good quality, durable, and the information in the listing was all accurate.

Device works well as designed. Works perfectly. Best of all - it works as advertised. Good buy for the money.

Cons

The latch mechanism works sporadically and not very well. And the bottom screw is obstructed by the hinge. The inability to lock the hinge is another major drawback.
