Pros & Cons
Pros
The aluminum construction ensures that the arm can handle the weight without any signs of strain. The weight of the arm did lead to some desk bowing. It's a sturdy, reliable solution for those with larger monitors.
There are at least two ways to tighten the bolts. It's also important that you use the samsung's screws to mount monitor on bracket. My only complaint is tilt adjust, it has to be set and then * down.
First and foremost, the adjustability of this arm is a game-changer. It effortlessly moves as needed, allowing me to position my monitor at the perfect eye level for both work and gaming.
Cons
Lg 43, which weighs 25 pounds, is too much for this thing. It claims to support monitors up to 49 inches and 33 lbs, it struggles to maintain stability with monitors at the upper end of this range.
Received repackaged box and materials. Vivo and amazon customer service are a nightmare. They pay offshore companies probably in china or india, where reps are trained to oversee the actual issue and reply as robots.
The main problem lies with the tilt adjust mechanism. The quick disconnect mechanism between the arm and the back of the display is pretty poor.
Highlights
Quality
The robust aluminum construction exudes durability, while the sleek design adds a touch of elegance to my workspace.
The usb ports and head phone jacks work flawlessly and the cables are plenty long.
The weight of the monitor creates a significant force on the desk clamp and it will cause the block to kick out and the monitor... Read More
My screen is weighted at 25lbs and this arm is supposed to hold 33 but even when tightened the screen faces down and will not hold up.
Price
Very happy to save $200+ with this!
I just wanted to leave a review for those who are considering getting this stand vs the $350 stand on secretlab website for their desks.
For the money this is a great monitor arm.

Shipping
So unfortunately i had to return it and pay $6 for return shipping.
Thankfully i was able to order this arm and get it the same day.
Packaging/appearance
While both attachment options are part of the package (c-clamp and bolt-through), you have to choose which one you want to use ... Read More
Competitiveness
For my set up, my monitor came with the bracket to convert from oem mounting to vesa.
For their price, they easily compete with more expensive arms on the market.
Overall this is the way to go i wasn’t trying to spend 400 for the same looking stand by another company!

At first it would droop and i was on the verge of returning but i took my samsung odyssey off the mount and re did the entire mount making sure to tighten or loosen as need and the droop went away

Easy to assemble directions were clear nothing was damaged only gripe is how huge one of the l keys or allen keys is when it comes to screwing the mount portion underneath my computer table but thats more of a problem with the type of desktop stand i purchased

Luckily i had the same allen key on hand that was smaller and was able to tighten the 2 huge mounting screws to the computer stand easily

It was pretty easy to set up the hardest part was putting the actual monitor on the stand for a big monitor i recommend 2 people after it’s on you will head to adjust the swivel head and the arm that lowers the monitor it will come too soft so you have to make it stiffer that’s why i said read the instructions because i am guilty of just going in and having trouble along the way
