Pros
Comes with drywall anchors as well as the screws to use if you have a stud. Used the concrete bolts and anchors to attach to the mortar. Two screws in the wall, 4 screws on the back of the tv to attach the mounting bracket.
The tilt is smooth and the functionality is accurate. It has the perfect amount of tilt. Several left/right articulation, no worries there.
This vivo stand easily handles it. Got it to hold a 49in samsung monitor. It holds up the dell 4317q just fine and is perfectly adjustable.
Cons
Newer products are sloppy and cheaply made. Vivo lacks qa. Avoid this garbage at all costs.

This is fixable with a little adjustment on the monitor side of the mount, but for the price i can't complain.

Thus the difficulty with mounting because it is heavyawkward the wall side mount does not remove so you have to hold up the entire mount while trying to keep it plumb and mark the holes correctly
