Pros

Just what was needed for mounting hp monitor without onboard vesa mounts. Used it on both of my hp 27es monitors.

The monitor shakes a little bit when i move the desk (the desk is on wheels) otherwise, it is very stable. Only drawback is even with the provided foam shim, the stem snaps into the base of the mount.

It works as advertised. The product is expensive but it serves the purpose.

Thoughtfully designed. Fit perfect. Adapted well. No problems. Very satisified.

Cons

The clip notch that latches the mount to the screen is way off. The fit of this bracket on my monitor is way too loose even for the pad that's provided to compensate.

I used the washers for the screws in the back so that the two bottom screws would not touch the monitor after being screwed in all the way.
