Pros
The swivel screw at the top should be seeded a little better. Side swivel appears to hold better. Note there are 3 mounting holes in the plastic wire clamp on the pole where these wrenches can be kept handy.
This monitor mount is very easy to assemble and extremely sturdy. The streamline design blends with the desk nicely. It has a small footprint and looks attractive on my desk.
Cons
It handles that type of movement, which sounds wonderful, until it doesn't perform as advertised. Monitor continuously tip down.

Good range of motion for tilting and swiveling left and right, and was easy to assemble.
It seems very sturdy and well made, and worked perfectly for my application.
The adhesive for the feet has no adhesion, they just fall off.
Bottom glass base is solid but doesn't take up much table at all.
Price
The price/value ratio for this stand is great.
It doesn't do a 100% job of keeping the monitor from tilting a bit forward, but at this price i'll give it 5 stars!
More adjusting options would have neen nice, but overall work really well especially for the price.

I wanted something where i could adjust the height and angle since this isn’t doable with the normal “tv feet” i also wanted to be able to put on the corner of the desk but the feet would fall off the side

I wanted to address something in other reviews that made me weary to purchase about the swivel not holding the weight of the monitor and it tips down

I ran into this as well but there is an allen wrench to adjust at the bottom of the swivel which will tighten and hold up the screen

It was easier for me to adjust this tighter when the screen wasn’t on just yet as i knew the tv weighs more than my normal computer monitors

On my bfs desk his 32 inch curved monitor from aoc wouldnt fit underneath the upper cupboard part due to the old stand not being able to raise or lower plus the older legs extended out a solid 8 inches and bled into the mouse pad area a bit
