Pros

The cable sleeves really on have enough room for a single cable unless you take a coping saw to expand the openings. It makes switching from setup to setup very easy. Resistance is easy to dial in to get enough strength to hold things up.

One last thing if the stand sags with your monitor, there's these two big screws that tighten with the allen wrench.

It's versatile and sturdy. I have two 27 monitors on this mount, and they do have not sunken down yet. This holds up an acer 20 monitor on my desk of 5 monitors.

Cons

The upper arms are the only adjusted arm besides the monitor connector. The monitor just hunches forward. There is nothing in the instructions about how to loosen that joint.

I took a chance on a returned adjustable monitor arm to save a few dollars, i'm glad i did.

Shipping

This was a "same same delivery" promo and i actually got it the same day i ordered it.

I am very satisfied, but buying them back to back, i did notice they're not all shipped in the same.

I lost a bolt during the process and after sending an email they helped me and shipped me another one.

Packaging/appearance

The box was intact but marred up, no big deal as i don't need the box.

The screws were taped together in ripped open bags - but they were all there.

Competitiveness

(vivo stand on the left) i also order a huanuo stand which is almost double price but a lot more versatile and sturdier.
