Cons

Packaging was damaged and looked like it had been previously opened then repacked. Huge design flaw or defective item. Returned it for refund.

The clamp requires more depth to fit flush against the desktop. For me this results in the clamp having a 1 gap between the desktop and the back of the clamp. The pole that connects to the mount via bolts is not threaded.

The arm does not remain entirely straight when fully extended with a 32" monitor.

My top monitor on the vivo mount actually moves less than the one on the factory stand.
